Limited License to Use Our Services

Enforcement
Chuchu Games Studio reserves the right to decide if your actions violate these rules or the spirit of fair play. If you break these Terms, we may suspend or close your account, limit your access, or take any other action we believe is necessary.
Login Information and Your Account

You are responsible for everything that happens in your account, including purchases made with your payment methods (such as credit cards). For your security, please keep your password private and never share your account details with others. If someone else uses your account and makes a purchase, you will still be responsible for that transaction.
License Term
Your license to use our Services starts when you accept these Terms of Service and install or begin using the Services. The license ends if you stop using the Services, delete your account, or if Chuchu Games Studio ends the agreement.
Suspension and Termination of Services
Chuchu Games Studio may, at its discretion, suspend, limit, delete, or terminate your account or access to the Services if you:
- Violate these Terms of Service,
- Engage in suspected or illegal activity, or
- Misuse the Services in any way.
These actions may result in the permanent loss of your account, progress, characters, in-game items, and purchases. Chuchu Games Studio is not responsible for these losses and will not provide refunds or compensation.
Additionally, Chuchu Games Studio may choose to stop offering or supporting the Services (or any part of them, including specific games) at any time. If that happens, your license will automatically end, and you will not be entitled to refunds or compensation. This may also result in your account being closed and loss of access to any content already submitted or in progress.
Ownership and User Content
Games and Services
All games, services, and related content provided by Chuchu Games Studio (including titles, characters, artwork, animations, music, sounds, effects, stories, in-game items, software, and any other content) are fully owned by Chuchu Games Studio. This also includes anything created or recorded while using our games or services.
You acknowledge that you do not own any part of the game content (such as characters, items, or accounts) — even if you earned or purchased them. All rights remain with Chuchu Games Studio.
User Accounts
Your account is licensed to you, not sold. This means you don’t own the account itself, and all rights to accounts belong to Chuchu Games Studio.
User Content
“User Content” includes anything you create or share within our services — such as chat messages, images, audio, forum posts, or other material.
By sharing content, you grant Chuchu Games Studio a worldwide, permanent right to use, adapt, publish, display, and distribute that content in any form, without compensation.
Chuchu Games Studio is not responsible for user behaviour or content. We don’t actively monitor or filter everything users share, so you may come across content that is offensive or inappropriate. Use the service at your own discretion.
We reserve the right (but are not required) to review, edit, or remove any User Content at any time to keep the services safe, comply with laws, or enforce our Terms of Service. By using our services, you agree that your communications may be monitored or recorded, and you should not expect privacy for in-game chat or voice communication.
Public Forums

- Anything you share can be seen by others.

User Interactions
You are responsible for how you interact with other players. While Chuchu Games Studio may step in at its discretion, we are not obligated to resolve disputes between users.
If disputes occur, you agree to release Chuchu Games Studio (and its staff, partners, and affiliates) from any claims or damages related to those disputes. You also agree to cooperate with us if we investigate suspicious, unlawful, or harmful activity related to your account.
Fees and Purchase Terms
Virtual Items
You can buy a limited license to use certain digital items in our games with real money. These include:
- Virtual currency (like coins, cash, or other in-game money).
- Virtual in-game items (things you can use while playing).
- Other digital goods or services (“Merchandise”).
These purchases are for personal entertainment only and must be made through Chuchu Games Studio or our authorized partners.
Please note:
- All virtual items belong to Chuchu Games Studio. Even if you pay for them, you don’t own them—you just get permission to use them.
- Chuchu Games Studio may change, limit, or remove virtual items at any time, without notice.
- We are not responsible if items are lost due to account suspension, deletion, or game changes.
- You agree not to make any claims for ownership or cash value of virtual items.
Fees, Refunds, and Returns
- All purchases are final. Once you buy something, it cannot be refunded or exchanged.
- You are responsible for all charges made to your account, including any unauthorized ones.
- If the game or your account is closed (whether by you or us), you won’t get a refund for unused virtual items or assets.
- Prices, availability, and features of items may change at any time without notice.
When you make a purchase, you accept these terms.
Updates to Our Services
Chuchu Games Studio may update our games and services from time to time. These updates may happen automatically on your computer or mobile device, and we may or may not notify you before they occur.
Third-Party Services

Bright Data Network
Certain premium features of Chuchu Games Studio may give you the option to join the Bright Data network as a peer. If you choose to participate, you are agreeing to Bright Data’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy:
You can leave the Bright Data network anytime by going to Settings and turning off the “BrightData” option.
Feedback
We at Chuchu Games Studio love hearing from our players! Your feedback, suggestions, and comments help us improve our games. You can share your thoughts by:

- Posting a review in the game or on the app store page.
By submitting feedback, you grant Chuchu Games Studio the right to use it, including copying, modifying, or creating new works based on it, anywhere in the world, without any payment to you.
Warranty Disclaimer
Our games and services are provided “as is” and “as available”. Chuchu Games Studio does not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses. We also do not make any promises regarding the games’ suitability for a specific purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Chuchu Games Studio is not responsible for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or special damages,
- Loss of data, profits, or revenue, or
- Other financial losses.
If you have paid for our services in the past six months, our maximum liability is limited to that amount. If you haven’t paid anything, your only remedy is to stop using the services.
Some laws may limit these disclaimers, so where applicable, our liability will be the minimum required by law.
Indemnity
You agree to protect and defend Chuchu Games Studio from any claims, damages, or legal fees resulting from your violation of these terms. If needed, we may take over the defence of such claims, and you agree to cooperate. These responsibilities continue even after your account is closed.
Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
If a dispute arises, please try to resolve it with us first by submitting a help ticket in-game or emailing contact@Chuchugames.com.
All disputes are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Mumbai will have jurisdiction.
No Class Actions
All claims must be made individually. You and Chuchu Games Studio waive the right to participate in any class-action lawsuit or consolidated action.
Severability
If any part of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the terms will remain in effect.
Assignment
We may transfer our rights or obligations under these terms at any time. You may not transfer your rights or obligations without our written consent.
Supplemental Policies
Additional rules may apply for special features like contests, forums, or loyalty programs. Using these features means you agree to those rules along with these terms.
Entire Agreement
These Terms and our Privacy Policy form the complete agreement between you and Chuchu Games Studio, replacing any previous agreements or understandings.
No Waiver
If we don’t enforce any part of these terms, it doesn’t mean we waive our rights to enforce it in the future.
Equitable Remedies
You agree that breaches of these terms could cause Chuchu Games Studio harm that money alone cannot fix. We may seek legal action to stop violations without posting bond or proof of damages.
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, war, strikes, or other emergencies.
Partnership
Using our services does not create a partnership, employment, or agency relationship with Chuchu Games Studio
